The Shimano 7speed Nexus hub (read internal gears) gives you a good range of gears for you to use up hills or on the flat and has a very easy to use grip shift so no levers to fumble with!! Great brakes too.The bike comes equipped with mudguards and chainguard so you stay clean and dry for your journey. There are great comfort features such as a very comfy saddle with suspension seatpost as well as adjustable headstem to raise or lower the handlebars for the optimum riding position you desire.

Front shock absorbers greatly reduce the transfer of shocks and vibrations through to your hands and arms increasing rider comfort and lowering fatigue and soreness.Mounting points for racks, baby seats and baskets gives you great versatility for the types of uses you may decide upon. The frame is all aluminium and is a new design for 2010 giving a subtle refinement of an already successful formula. This bike is suitable for the commuter wanting minimal fuss mechanically or for the person wanting to leisurely cruise around the suburbs, along the beach front or along a pleasant forest trail.
