Suspension Servicing

Like your suspension to work properly? We offer a specialist suspension service and set-up facility.

* We can service any brand, any model, provided that the original design allowed for overhaul ( so that's 95% of all suspension forks).

* Are you set up right?  We can also get you set-up correctly, whether it be for racing or general mountain bike riding.

* Can I afford it?  Pricing (if there is fork damage or abuse it may require an individual quotation)

* Front Fork Service - $85 which includes, dis-assemble & clean fork. Check bushing for wear & play. Clean internal fork parts. Fit service kit if required (parts additional to service charge). Fit new dust seals (parts additional to service charge). Re-assemble with appropriate lubrication. Set shock for riders weight. Test for stiction (shock sticking when in motion).

* Rear Shock Service - $60 which includes, dis-assemble & clean shock. Check eyelet bushing for wear& play. Replace eyelet bushing as required (parts additional to service charge). Fit service kit as required (parts additional to service charge). Re-assemble with appropriate lubrication. Set for riders weight. Test for stiction (shock sticking when in motion).
