Lots of ladies love to get out for a bit of exercise, but also like to have some fun while doing it. Some others want the exercise but without any of the "thrill" of going fast. Others aren't all that confident, perhaps in their own ability or the actions of those around them in the parks or on the bike paths. While some will want a good solid reliable bike that will see them through for many years.

Mountain Bikes are the ideal bike if you should fit into any of these categories. Sure, they are called a Mountain Bike, but you may never ever contemplate riding up a mountain, gee you might even dodge small hills! But the same features inherent in a Mountain Bike that ensure they are fun to ride if you want to get out and get dirty also ensure if you are a more cautious rider they are also suitable. Features like an upright seating position for good control and visibility (and comfort). Wide knobby tyres for excellent grip and stability. A wide range of easy to use gears. Suspension forks for control and comfort. Low frame height for easy stepover and dismounting.
