 XDS Lite 24 inch Boys Bike.

Appropriate to its name the XDS Lite is a lightweight mountain bike with narrower tyres to give less rolling resistance, so the bike is easier to pedal.

It is ideal for a smaller child, or for riding along bike paths and paved surfaces where an off road tyre is just a waste of energy. Most suburban areas have plenty of bike paths and it is rare to need to venture off into true off-road conditions. The gears are Shimano and it has 21 speeds, more than adequate for most kids.

As it is designed for riding on bike paths and roads it does not have suspension forks, a great advantage for riding on bike paths and roads, as the bike is more efficient to ride, lighter and more responsive, especially climbing inclines.
