Giant Seek 1 Commuting Bike 2011.

The Seek range is known for it's "city-slicker" type riding. It looks very sleek and has all the components you need for riding around in the city (or suburbia). It's actually appropriate for most terrains bar hard core off-road tracks. So far, pretty much everyone that has ridden one has been very impressed with the performance and feel of the bike. With the Pro ALUXXSL (Super Light) frame, Shimano XT/Deore drivetrain and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, you will find that the bike climbs very easily, rolls easily and feels really stable. Hydraulic disc brakes are known as a really efficient braking system that won't let you down when you need it. The bike also comes with Shimano Deore disc hubs and Mavic A317 rims! Just as an extra city-type feature, the wheels have anti-theft skewers attached so you won't get a nasty suprise, coming back to your bike and finding someone decided to take off with your wheels!

Overall, we're looking at a bike that is really great for urban commuting and can handle tougher terrains like cobblestone alleyways etc. (We have a few of those in Melbourne!)The best way to see if you really like this bike is to come in and take it for a ride. It will sell itself!
