GT Slammer Freestyle BMX Bike 2012

Ever since the 1970's kids have been having fun, developing skills and in some cases earning a living riding BMX's. Old timers might stand back and scratch their heads wondering what all the fuss is about, but to ride a freestyle BMX well is a skill not easily attained. However, once the basics are mastered a riders progression is usually closely aligned with how much time is devoted to practice. Getting started in the first place is often the most difficult step and an inexpensive bike with the correct pedigree like the GT Slammer is a great option for riders wanting to have a go at a few tricks.

The GT Slammer is an ideal introduction to BMX and is sized to suit riders in the 8, 9, 10 bracket up to around 13 years of age. The Slammer is a robust little bike, well equipped to take the punishment of being a learning tool for aspiring BMX stars.
