Each year it seems the range of Ladies push bikes in our Melbourne store grows just a little more. We now stock Womens mountain bikes, Flat bar road bikes, Road bikes, Cruiser bikes and ladies hybrid bikes all in female specific models and even the older style retro ladies bikes for those who are after a certain "look". 

We carry a large range of Giant ladies bikes, but also feature models from GT Bicycles. Mongoose, XDS and Schwinn.

The ladies hybrid bike is probably the most popular type, with the Giant Cypress always a winner with many of our customers. Its benefits are described below, in what makes a womens bike a womens bike! 

What makes it a woman's bike?

Just what makes them female specific is obvious with some models having the traditional female bike appearance with the dropped top bar, however there are other less obvious differences such as ergonomic hand grips and saddles, narrower handlebars and also often a consideration regarding the colour.

Ladies no longer need to compromise their comfort when it comes to riding a bike as quite a number are built specifically with female anatomy in mind.
