Giant's popular road bike - the Giant OCR - has been renamed the Defy, and given a great new face-lift, making it one of the favourites of the Giant road range of bikes.
A Defy is similar to a race bike, but with slightly different geometry to offer an alternative from a racing style bike and a change of emphasis slightly towards comfort and controllability on the road and in traffic. The frame allows a slightly more upright riding position than the equivalent TCR, has slightly different steering geometry and longer wheelbase.The total package is considerably more comfortable, with very similar performance capabilities. You are likely to simply love riding this bike, and unless you are racing, the changes are likely to be all beneficial.
